Before dispatch
Contact customer support as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We will attempt to stop the order before fulfilment or dispatch.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that situation, the applicable return/refund process will apply.
Refunds after cancellation
Where a prepaid cancellation is accepted, the eligible amount is returned through the applicable payment/refund process.
COD orders
Cancellation requests for COD orders should be made before dispatch. Repeated refusal of delivered COD shipments may affect future COD eligibility.
